Shipping & Delivery Fast Shipping

All in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours after we receive your order. You should receive your order in 7-10 business days from the day your order was entered. Notices of any back orders are sent immediately. We ship "Best Way". We also ship International(shipping cost varied)

Shipping Errors and Damaged Items

Shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days from receipt of order. If you receive an item that is damaged, please report the damage immediately to the carrier and call BuyASL (do not ship the package back to BuyASL).

Express Delivery

For an additional charge, we can deliver your order overnight or within 2 or 3 days via USPS for addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. Orders must be received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time to guarantee on-time delivery (in-stock items only). Other express delivery services can also be arranged.

Foreign Orders

Payment for orders from outside the United States must be in U.S. funds only, and made payable to BuyASL. We do accept Canadian orders online, but please call for phone orders and shipping and handling costs to other international destinations. Online Canadian orders are charged in U.S. funds. GST is included in shipping charge. Purchase Orders

To be billed Net 30 Days, schools, agencies and businesses may either mail or fax purchase orders to 951-208-6771. Orders typed on company letterhead may be substituted for purchase orders. To avoid duplication, please do not fax and then mail a copy for confirmation unless clearly marked as “confirmation” only.
